This Mural was created for a boy that will be a teen in a couple of years. So it has a more grown up feel yet appeals to the child now too. Bright colors and an African tree create a very nice accent wall for the bedroom.

A young lady who knew exactly what she wanted added to her walls, combined with the wishes of her mother’s style, made for a room to grow in. I enjoyed creating with my clients to come up with ideas we could all be happy with. In this case soft colors, a pastel feel with some bright colors mixed in sparingly.

What a fantastic room for a young girl to grow up in! This was as a joy to create, with all the happy characters and decorations that circle this little princess in her bedroom, including Peter Rabbit, a dragon fly, bee, lady bug, frog, tall grass, and lots of flowers. Private School Boys bathroom Decorative Painting

I took a plain boys bathroom added some color and design and a protective coating to make it not only more fun, but easy to clean as it gets frequent usage at the private school that it is at. A greek border complements the yellow, orange and red colors added to the room.

Adding to an Existing Mural

Here I had to add to an existing work. This mural had already been on the wall for twenty years and the room was being updated to accomodate a young adult, yet preserving the art that had been there through her childhood. A window was removed. In the picture with the children part of the blue dress and to the left was were the window had been. So I matched flowers and scenery to what was there.

Decorative Painting Girls Bathroom

This artwork was created in the little girls bathroom at a private school. We wanted to take the plain white bathrooms and create something fun that would also protect the walls from little people.

First we faux finished the walls. Once the painted texture was done we added the fun flowers around the room and a few bugs – as you can’t have flowers without a few bugs now can we???

This is a mural for a teen room. I actually had Natalie participate in the painting of this tree, we had a lot of fun and she now feels like it is “her tree,” which is the effect I was going for.
